Privacy Policy

What we store

• Board content: titles, taglines, entries you publish — public by design, stored in Cloudflare KV.
• Admin key: stored only as a cryptographic hash.
• License records: order id + a hash of the buyer email — enough to validate keys and process refunds. We never store the raw email.
• Abuse counters: IP-based rate-limit tallies with a 48-hour expiry.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no passwords, no trackers, no analytics cookies.
• No selling or sharing data. No ad networks.
• No training AI models on your entries.

Processors

Payments run through Waffo (merchant of record — they process your card and email the receipt). Hosting is Cloudflare. AI drafting, when enabled, sends the text you paste to an OpenAI-compatible model provider.

Your rights

Export everything from the editor anytime. To delete a board or your license record, email logonce@taoliapp.com with the board slug or order id — handled within 7 days.
