The short version

14 days after purchase, full refund, no questions. Email logonce@taoliapp.comwith your order id (or reply to the receipt email) and it's processed via our merchant of record, usually within 5 business days.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is revoked: the board returns to the free plan (5-entry cap, badge returns). Your entries stay yours.

After 14 days

If the service is fundamentally broken for you and we can't fix it, email us anyway — we're not going to die on a $19 hill.
