Terms of Service

1. The service

LogOnce (“we”) hosts public changelog pages, RSS feeds, and an embeddable widget for your product updates. Boards are managed with an admin key or a lifetime license key. No user accounts are created.

2. Payment & license

The Lifetime upgrade is a one-time payment of $19 USD, processed by our merchant of record (Waffo). A valid license key upgrades one board, permanently, with no renewal. If a license is refunded, the upgrade is revoked.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use LogOnce for unlawful content, malware distribution, spam, or impersonation. We may remove boards that violate this. Your admin key is your credential — keep it private; a license key can re-claim a lost board.

4. AI drafting

AI-generated drafts are suggestions. Review before publishing. We don't train models on your entries.

5. Availability & data

The service runs on Cloudflare's edge with no uptime SLA. Export (JSON/Markdown) is built into the editor — keep backups. If the service ever shuts down, we'll give reasonable notice and export windows.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability is capped at what you paid us ($19, or nothing on the free plan).

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use = acceptance.
